A Christmas Carol: Relaxed Performance
This performance of A Christmas Carol is aimed at audience members who would benefit from a more relaxed theatre environment, including people with an autistic spectrum disorder or sensory or communication disorder and their families.
We aim to make this performance as inclusive as possible. Relaxed Performances provide:
- A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
- Adjustments to sound and lighting
- The freedom to move around inside the auditorium
- A quiet room you can visit at any point before, during or after the performance
- Trained staff to help
- A space of at least one seat in the row between you and other parties
These shows are for anyone and we encourage anyone who wishes to discuss their access requirements further to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. A telephone booking line will be available from Tuesday 2 November, open 10am-4pm.
We will create a visual story to help you prepare for your visit and to get you ready to enjoy some festive entertainment in a relaxed setting.
